Good Times

"If you're not sure you like sushi, you should start with tuna. It's your safest bet."

We met at the student center and decided to walk a couple of blocks over to a Japanese restaurant on Armitage. It was Sai Cafe if memory serves me correct. My only previous sushi experience, if you can even call it that, was when my roommate and I bought some sushi from Jewel. Needless to say, Sai Cafe (hey, I rhymed) was much, much better.

The four of us sat around and talked about graduation, life post-DePaul, Tagalog phrases, sushi tidbits...good times. Since I was the only sushi virgin, everyone let me taste theirs. I wish I can remember everything I liked, because I have really been craving some sushi. Must find more like minded eaters. The only real possible prospect is my sister's boyfriend, but I don't think she would ever want to go with us to a sushi place. She doesn't really like trying new food. Hopefully I can try to trick someone into going with me soon.
